Week 4- Our Bodies and Our Teeth

What a wonderful week we have had where we have continued to learn about 'Ourselves.' Oral health is a huge part of the new curriculum and we have been learning how to brush our teeth properly! This was a lot of fun. We have also started an experiment over time. We have placed an old real tooth in coca cola - we will see what has happened to the tooth over time.

We are still embedding all our routines. This week we have focussed on the welly boot station. The children now know if they go into the digging area or mud kitchen they need to change into their boots (even if they do go on the wrong feet!!)

Phonics is moving at a fast pace- please practise your sounds and send us some videos on tapestry.

Next week we are learning about Yom Kippur and Dinosaurs! If you have any more conkers then send them our way.

Have a lovely weekend,
